Q: Do I need a Log In Account?
A:  No, you can view the site without one. A login account is required to make changes to the data on-line but currently that is not allowed by third parties.

Q: How can I make changes or add information about my family?
A:  Send them to the Webmaster@farhi.org by email.

Q: I submitted changes but do not see them?
A: The databases are updated once a month, usually at month-end.

Q: How can I submit my family tree ?
A:  Send a gedcom to the Webmaster specifying the person(s) you are linked to.

Q: What is a Gedcom?
A:  A file created by your genealogy program that is used for transferring data.

Q: I do not have a Genealogy program, can you recommend one ?
A:  For PC, download the free Standard Edition from Legacy Software (and upgrade later). For Mac, buy Reunion from Leister .

Q: Why am I listed on the site?
A:  Because a member of your family submitted his tree which includes you.

Q: I am not sephardi, why am I listed
A: The genealogy databases include persons and families linked to anyone already listed on the Trees       regarless of their ancestral origins and religion.

Q: I do not want to be listed on the site
A:  Send a request to the Webmaster and you will be deleted.
